Terms and Conditions
This is a user agreement between you and eWreckers.
This contract is presented by eWreckers as the Terms & Conditions of using the eWreckers site, and you must agree to all terms prior to using the site, if you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, or parts thereof, please do not use the site, once you register as a user of eWreckers you are bound by the following conditions.
1. You must be over 18 years of age to be eligible for a membership of eWreckers. By law, you must legally be able to form a binding contract between buyers and sellers and due to other security and legal issues you must meet this requirement with no exception.
2. eWreckers is a service providing site, we only provide the service of connecting people who are interested in buying and/or selling on eWreckers, we do not, in any way, have control over the inventory, or anything sold on eWreckers, and do not guarantee that the items posted are authentic, or in good working order, nor do we get involved in, or are responsible for, any shipping and postal errors, loss of funds, damaged or lost goods, we provide a portal for you to connect with people and sell your goods, and using this site is done so at your own risk.
3. As a seller, you are entitled to list whatever you see fit for this site, there are no restrictions as to what to sell on eWreckers, providing it's not against the law, ie - stolen goods or worthless goods, weapons or explosives.
As a seller, you are responsible for your actions, and you MUST describe the item exactly as it is. Any faulty goods should not be posted on this site, you must make sure the item you are selling is in a good working condition, not doing so could result in eWreckers suspending your account immediately. We rely on trust and will not tolerate any dishonest usage of this site.
4. As a buyer, you are bound by this contract, and once you select the "Buy it Now" button, you are then committing to the purchase of the item, it is your responsibility to understand what you are buying, and what other charges are involved prior to buying and receiving the goods, once you click "Buy it Now " you agree to the sale, and must follow through with the transaction, not doing so could result in your account being suspended until the item is paid for or mutually retracted.
5. As a user of this site, you must communicate with other users via eWreckers site only, any outside trading, or use of private emails outside of eWreckers site is forbidden, and breaching this clause will result in your account being cancelled by eWreckers immediately. Exchanging personal information such as phone numbers and email addresses between users is not permitted, and will result in both members being suspended by eWreckers immediately. eWreckers will not tolerate dishonesty or misuse of this system.
6. As a user of this site, you are obligated to communicate in a polite and respectable manner, any kind of abusive language, rude messages, threats or disrespectful approach towards other users, or eWreckers staff members, will not be tolerated. Your account will be cancelled by eWreckers immediately with no warnings given.
7. eWreckers was created to give users a fun way of trading goods and relies heavily on trust and honesty. When agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to use fair and honest trading practices, with respect to other user's needs and requirements. You must understand that you are bound by this contract and any unlawful practices will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. eWreckers will co-operate fully with the authorities in any attempt to investigate or prevent fraud.
8. Refunds-
In case of a dispute between a seller and a buyer where the item has not been paid for by the buyer, eWreckers will not charge the commission on a sale to the seller, until the matter is resolved, eWreckers will investigate the "Item Not Paid" claim, and will act according to section 4 of this agreement, however, any payable extras, like extra photo, or bold listings are not refundable, and will be given as a credit for future ads
